We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Riga team. In this role, your primary focus will be driving recruitment â partnering with hiring managers, finding and engaging with candidates, and creating a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved. Youâll be hiring for a wide variety of roles across different functions and countries, giving you the chance to quickly gain a deep understanding of our business and culture.
While recruitment will be your core responsibility, youâll also support our Riga office by welcoming new employees, handling small office needs, and helping the team feel at home. This part of the role will take about 10â15% of your time. Read more about our Riga team here.
In Riga, youâll be the sole People Operations team member, but youâll work closely with the wider team in Estonia and report directly to the Recruitment Lead, who will be your primary partner in all things recruitment.
If this sounds like an interesting opportunity, please send us your application in English. We donât have a set deadline and will start reviewing candidates right away, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end recruitment â from drafting job ads and sourcing candidates to interviews and offer negotiations.
- Hire for a wide variety of roles and locations â from IT, product, and engineering to customer-facing and operations, across Estonia, Latvia, the UK, and the US.
- Act as a recruitment partner to hiring managers, offering guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Use data and metrics to track and optimize recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while representing Scoroâs brand and culture to all candidates.
- Contribute to employer branding activities, attracting new candidates and keeping our pipeline engaged.
- Support the Riga office â welcome and onboard new employees, purchase food and office supplies, coordinate with service providers, and help organize team events to maintain a friendly and supportive workplace (about 10â15% of your time).
- Contribute to broader HR areas and initiatives based on company needs and your interests.
Hereâs what awaits you at Scoro:
- Possibility to Make an Impact: Work on a meaningful, globally-used product that helps businesses streamline their workflows and achieve more.
- Stock Options Package: Be part of Scoroâs growth and share in our success.
- Health Benefits: Three paid medical days, private health insurance, and mental health services.
- Hybrid Work: You can work from home or from our cozy central Riga office. Weâd love for you to come in 1â2 days per week to help check office deliveries, but if you need to work fully remotely some weeks, thatâs absolutely negotiable.
- Annual Leave: 25 working days per year â thatâs over 5 weeks of paid time off.
- Loyalty Days: 1-5 extra holiday days per annum based on tenure.
- Continuous Learning: Invest in your growth with trainings, an individual budget for books and courses, and unlimited access to Udemy.
- Community and Activities: Connect with teammates through on-site and hybrid events, and employee-led initiative groups.
- Global Gatherings: Meet the entire Scoro team at our bi-annual company-wide events in Tallinn.
- Unique Company Culture: A diverse international team where trust, teamwork, and laughter go hand in hand. Get a glimpse of the vibe on Instagram and Scoroâs Blog.
- Monthly Gross Salary: Depending on experience, the range is 2400-2800 euros.
Youâd be a great fit if you have:
- Previous experience in managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably for both Latvian and international roles.
- Passion for people and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring practices, with a desire to keep improving your skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Latvian.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing, scale-up environment.
- Accountability and independence â you take ownership of your work and thrive even when the rest of your team is not based in Riga.
- A collaborative team spirit, an open communication style, and a can-do attitude.
- Curiosity to understand our business and culture on a deeper level and interest in covering a wide variety of roles.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Teamtailor).
- Interest in office administration and organizing team events.
- Willingness to take part in other initiatives when needed.
