Operations

The Operations division is our essential backbone, ensuring we can navigate forward effectively.

The division is based in Tallinn and Riga, and it’s divided into five subteams: People Operations, Growth Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Operations.

They handle diverse tasks, including maintaining our work environment, overseeing finances, handling people matters and hiring, analyzing business insights, managing legal affairs, addressing back-office processes, and driving various company-wide initiatives.
