Head of Product
Lead a team of Product Managers, own the strategy and roadmap for Scoro's core platform, and shape how thousands of professional services businesses plan, track, and bill their work.

We're looking for a Head of Product to lead our Core Product area. This team owns the backbone of Scoro's platform: estimation, resourcing, time tracking, and invoicing.
In this role, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these foundational product areas. You'll mentor Product Managers, collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product marketing, and partner with leadership to shape how Scoro evolves. You'll report directly to the CEO, playing a key role in driving the product direction of the company.
We're looking for someone with SaaS product leadership experience who thrives in complexity and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience working in a professional services environment (agency, consultancy, or project-based business) is an advantage.

What you'll do
Define and own the strategy, and roadmap for our Core Product areas.
Lead and mentor Product Managers, supporting them in discovery, decision-making, prioritization, and delivery.
Ensure strong alignment between product vision, company goals, and customer needs.
Drive structured discovery processes, identify product opportunities, and evaluate impact and feasibility.
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions at pace.
Partner with product marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and clear value communication.
Use data, feedback, and market understanding to continuously refine and improve our core workflows.
Be a key contributor in product leadership discussions and help evolve how we build Scoro.
You’d be a great fit if you have
Product leadership experience in a SaaS company.
Proven ability to own complex product areas and drive strategy.
Strong strategic thinking skills – you can define and communicate a clear vision, while also being hands-on when needed to move things forward.
Product discovery skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A history of delivering meaningful customer value and measurable business outcomes.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment where ownership and initiative matter.
Bonus Points For
Experience working in a professional services company (agency, consultancy) and a strong understanding of how service businesses operate, especially around project delivery, resource management, and time-based work.
