As a Solution Engineer at Scoro, you play a key role in turning complex business challenges into clear, practical solutions. You partner closely with Sales to understand how prospects run their operations and design tailored Scoro setups that demonstrate real business impact.
You don’t just run demos. You uncover processes, identify bottlenecks, and show how Scoro can transform the way teams plan, manage, and deliver work. Your ability to translate product capabilities into business value builds trust and helps prospects move forward with confidence.
This role is open to candidates based in Estonia or Latvia, with the option to work remotely or from our offices in Tallinn or Riga. While most of your work will focus on European customers, some flexibility is needed to occasionally support customers in Australia and New Zealand.

What will you do
Partner with Sales to deeply understand prospect challenges and define Scoro’s value in their specific context.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight Scoro’s functionalities and show how they address specific business challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, answering technical questions and providing best-practice solutions to complex problems.
Support proofs-of-concept and pilot projects to validate Scoro’s fit in real-world environments.
Collaborate with clients to scope and design solutions that align with their business goals.
You’d be a great fit if you have
Client-facing experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Account Management, or Customer Success.
The ability to translate technical functionality into clear business value.
Background in the IT industry, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
A structured, analytical mindset with a natural problem-solving approach.
A strong sense of ownership and a genuine desire to create real value for customers, not just close deals.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
A collaborative and approachable personality that builds trust with clients and colleagues.
Bonus points for
An understanding of system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, and how they enable seamless data flow between tools.
Experience delivering product demonstrations and adapting to audience needs ("pivoting").
Experience in our target industries, creative industries and professional services (e.g., marketing, advertising, architecture, consultancy).
Experience in crafting and delivering POCs or custom solutions in client environments.
A university degree in a technical or business field.
