Join our Infra team as a Lead DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain the core infrastructure behind our product and play a key part in ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Our Infra team is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain the core infrastructure behind our product.
In this role, your primary focus will be leading our cloud infrastructure and supporting the development team through CI/CD pipeline management.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure, while working closely with developers and product teams to drive automation and streamline deployments.
This role is a great fit for someone with solid cloud infrastructure experience who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to have a real impact on how we build and deliver our product.
We’re seeking candidates based in Tallinn, and you’ll report directly to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager.

What you'll do
Lead and evolve our AWS and EKS infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
Improve and automate our CI/CD pipelines, and help mentor engineers on infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
Strengthen our observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and drive automation across our systems.
Continuously analyze and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and building long-term improvements.
Work closely with developers and product teams to streamline deployments and reduce friction.
Own incident response and contribute to our on-call rotation with a focus on prevention and resilience.

Monthly Gross Salary: Depending on experience, the range is 5500-6100 euros, plus additional compensation for on-call participation.
You’d be a great fit if you have
4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
A strong background in Linux, AWS (or GCP), and Kubernetes/Helm.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana, and you’re comfortable scripting in Bash or Python.
Great communication skills – you enjoy collaborating with developers and helping improve shared workflows.
Bonus Points For
Experience with Go programming.
Solid understanding of MariaDB/PostgreSQL performance tuning and RDS management.
Experience managing multi-cluster or multi-region Kubernetes environments.
