We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our Tallinn team and help ensure the quality of a globally used product that enables businesses to work smarter.
In this role, you won't just be testing — you’ll be at the core of our quality and delivery process. You’ll build and maintain automated test suites, supporting teams across the company with performance, UI, and API testing. You’ll also contribute to developing and maintaining our internal workflow automations and tools, working closely with our Platform and Infrastructure teams.
To succeed, you’ll need strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions. We’re looking for someone who values clean, maintainable code, thrives on curiosity, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

What will you do?
- Build the future of our automated testing: Design, develop, and maintain robust test suites that are the backbone of our quality assurance.
- Put our product to the test: Perform critical load and performance testing, ensuring our system can handle the pressure of global usage.
- Collaborate for quality: Work hand-in-hand with developers and product teams to ensure every new feature is well-tested and ready for our users.
- Be a quality detective: Analyze test results, debug tricky issues, and proactively find ways to prevent problems before they happen.
- Streamline our process: Integrate your test automation into our CI/CD pipeline, providing rapid and continuous feedback that keeps our development cycle moving fast.
- Innovate and learn: Stay ahead of the curve on new testing trends and tools, and bring that expertise to the team. You'll have the freedom to experiment and learn in a supportive environment.

- Monthly Gross Salary: Depending on experience, the range is 3200-4000.
You’d be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a similar role (such as Software Test Engineer or QA Engineer) with strong automation experience.
- Hands-on experience using test automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
- Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools, such as GitLab pipelines.
- A solid understanding of at least one programming language.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Mac-based tooling.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A proactive, positive, and detail-oriented mindset – you take ownership of quality and enjoy improving processes.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with k6 or other performance testing tools.
- Experience with web application security testing.
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools.
