In this role, you'll be part of our Engineering team, with a primary focus on leading our cloud infrastructure and supporting the development team through CI/CD pipeline management. For this position, we're seeking candidates to be based in either Tallinn or Riga, and you’ll report directly to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager.

Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a multi-region cloud infrastructure, primarily focusing on AWS and EKS;
- Providing essential support to development teams by managing CI/CD pipelines and assisting with infrastructure configuration tasks;
- Maintaining optimal performance of infrastructure and services through diligent monitoring and proactive troubleshooting;
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to address deployment performance issues efficiently and effectively;
- Analyzing infrastructure utilization and implementing proactive measures to alleviate bottlenecks;
- Developing and maintain automation and configuration management tools to streamline operations;
- Participating in the on-call rotation to address any urgent infrastructure issues promptly.

- Monthly Gross Salary: Depending on experience, the range is 3500-5000 euros.
You might be our newest Scorer if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in Linux systems administration, CI/CD pipeline management, and working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP;
- Have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible;
- Are familiar with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and with the GitOps approach using tools like ArgoCD;
- Are comfortable with scripting languages such as Bash or Python, and have hands-on experience building and running containers;
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork;
- Have a keen willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
You get extra points for:
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Helm;
- Experience with Go programming;
- Knowledge of transactional databases such as MariaDB or PostgreSQL, including RDS.
