Scoro’s Core Product team is looking for a driven and business-savvy Product Manager in Tallinn or Riga to join us on our mission to build the most comprehensive business management software for agencies, consultancies, and other professional service firms.
Our Core Product team owns the key areas of the project lifecycle: estimation, resourcing, tracking, and invoicing—everything that forms the backbone of our platform. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and improving these core workflows, ensuring they bring maximum value to our users. You’ll work closely with researchers, analysts, developers, and product marketing while reporting directly to our VP of Product.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS product management who thrives in navigating complexity, building strong relationships, and collaborating across teams. We especially welcome candidates with consultancy or project-based experience who understand how businesses estimate, track, and forecast financials—such as billable hours, project costs, and profitability.
