Our Service Delivery Division takes care of our customers once the sales deal is sealed.
Their responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing helpful and responsive support, and building meaningful relationships to serve as trusted advisors and partners to our customers.
The division has members across Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, London, and the US, and consists of three sub-teams: Customer Support, Service Delivery, and Strategy & Operations.
Our Service Delivery division is known for its ‘can-do’ attitude and for excelling at finding solutions to any customer problem.
